Vietnam's national innovation agency, set up by Prime Ministerial decision in 2019 under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Its ~20,000 sq m Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park campus, built for about US$41m without state budget, opened on 28 October 2023; a second facility is on Ton That Thuyet Street, Cau Giay.
